At Japa Insight Centre, we value your time and are committed to providing dedicated support to every client. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, the following policy applies:

• Appointments may be rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or late arrivals without notice (well in advance) may result in the session being forfeited.

• All payments made for counselling sessions, workshops, or other services are non-refundable.

• If you provide sufficient notice, your payment may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

• In exceptional circumstances, Japa Insight Centre may, at its sole discretion, allow a reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement. Such exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and do not create an obligation for future cases.
